i wouldnt say more than a couple hundred.
sure we'd like to think of uber as being this big, global site that has 25,000 members so we can feel all special and important because we are 'known' or 'regulars' or whatever, but really, its a very small pond filled with very small fish.
some of these little fish seem to think its hilarious, creative, original, and clever to create alter after alter after alter. hence the 25,000 'members'.

He's right you know. I personally am responsible for creating about seven accounts, even if I didn't post with them. And I am nothing compared to some of the people who do it for a hobby. I'd say there would have to be at most about 400 real people who have signed up to the site.
