My company has a huge amount of Latin workers, who technically don't work for us because they are illegal, but still work every day.
These guys have 8 people living in a 2 person apartment.
They show up early to work and stay late.
They have no idea what a lunch break is.
They will never go to Human Resources and complain about discrimination - they do a good job - they know it, and so do you.
I am celebrating the fact that I finally fired a piece of shit worker who was black, pregnant, and female. I compare her with all of my other "minority" workers.
This lady would be late every day, take a 45 minute lunch break because she "deserved" it, and do the basic amount of work. I could not cut her hours and she knew that she had me by the balls. No matter what I did she could not get fired because of a potential lawsuit. She knew this and used it to her advantage.
All of my other co-workers hated this chick, but there was nothing I could do. She thought that she was owed things because of her race.
I agree with her in this matter. It's shitty that we had slaves, but that's what welfare is for - to make up for all of their repressions.
My latin workers don't give a shit what time of day it is - they work. All they care about is money and how to make more, by busting their ass to get it.
I graduated from college 9 years ago and am still paying for my student loans. I have a 20 year old, black, female, not so well off financially person working for me. She gets her school and books entirely paid for on government grants. What kind of bullshit is that. I'm white, christian, and male - therefore nothing is free for me. I get the government beating down my door every month wanting their money that I borrowed to make myself a better person. This woman pays for fucking shit and she is like "well my family doesn't have money". I'm like " because my parents actually worked for what they want, didn't have a kid or 4 when they were in their early teens, and are middle class, I have to suffer".
You never hear a Latin person complain. They want a better life, they go out and make it.
You never hear of other minority people, East European or Asian American people pull this kind of shit. They want it, they work for it. Blacks want it, and expect to have it.
Like I said, this chick got fired today, because she stole something. Finally I had a leg to stand on. When I fired her she asked for the number to call for unemployment. I told her the number is on every package of Grape flavored Kool-Aid, steal a package and call the number.
Post me a negative 2, you know I'm fucking right.

Your missing the point here. Colour has nothing to do with it, Gender does.
All Women are lazy and manipulative money hungry womb's who are fancifull, prone to emotional outbursts, completly irrational and unnacountable, and if they ever were to try and do an honest days work their tits would just get in the way.

+2 - but not because of the racism. Rather, I dislike it when people do play on a disability, gender, race card and use it to take the piss.
There was a piece of the radio recently about employers not liking to employ women who were of child bearing age. I think that's perhaps a bit harsh, but someone I work with went on long term sick, then as soon as they got better, got pregnant and went on maternity, and is now claiming holiday days for it.
Some people are just taking the piss.

I like it how you go on about how hardworking the Latinos are, but gloss over the fact that your company abuses their lack of options and willingness to work hard, though.
