Usually, you just have to get enough to get you on there. the Heat or whatever it is, it counts as reviews. So if you get enough say 100, you'll probably get on most heated. sometimes all it takes is 40 or 50 sometimes more sometimes less, it all depends on what is posted and crap.

Simple, if you're an idiot and it's your first time posting on ubersite. Pretty much everybody that wants to fit in here will try to insult you. And considering there are more than 20k users you're bound to get over at least a 100 responces. But that all depends on how stupid or offensive you yourself try to be with your first post. Take the top most heated post for example. http://www.ubersite.com/m/79906 that post. She pretty much said all women on ubersite are ugly and at the same time cam whored. And if you've read the responces most people believe she's either an alter or an idiot. Or perhaps just a combination of both. But as you can see the post in itself offers nothing of value to anyone, except some guy looking to jerk off.
