So there's this douche bag that I know, actually I don't know him but he's quite the bag of douche. Anyways, he has a tendency to talk...without?...ever...really-knowing-what...he's?...saying...and-almost-always...in?...the-form-of-a...question...especially when it's a fucking statement.
