My first thought is that this is great...We got one of the premier players in the league for...
1) A spare part (Primeau) who, unfortunately, has been one the Sharks better forwards this season
2) A very fast skater with a lack of a goal scoring touch in Sturm, who may never be the same after breaking his leg two years ago and...
3) A SUPPOSED superstar defenceman who, quite frankly, has never developed in MY mind the way he was supposed to. He's not Pronger, he's not Lidstrom...hell, he's not even McCabe or Redden.
So fuck him.
But the Sharks STILL need a stud d-man or they ain't going anywhere...No Rathje, No Stuart, No Jillson, No Zyuzin...these idiots don't know how to draft d-men, that's for sure.
