Yeah that's right. This is a very long stupid fucking rant that we all hate so much. I'm not asking you to read it but you can if you'd like. This is more about venting than anything else. Whether you want to read it or not, just please don't ever get a cell phone with Sprint PCS or Nextel because they'll fuck you over. Anyway, on with my rant.
Dear Sprint PCS,
Fuck you, you stupid, cocksucking, backstabbing, piece of shit cell phone company!
At first things were cool between us. I had that phone for maybe a year or so and boy did we have some good times within that year. Remember when I found out you shut off my phone because I didn't pay the bill that you forgot to send? That was one of my fondest memories of the time we spent together. Remember how funny it was when I got stranded in the rain for 5 hours in the middle of nowhere and couldn't call anyone for help because of that? Yep, that's how I found out you shut it off. We had such a good laugh about that one! What about the time you shut off my phone the day after I paid my bill because it was a day late and didn't turn it back on until a month later? Or the time you "accidentally" erased all of my messages including one that had a very important number that I had no way to get again? Remember that one?
What about when you switched my primary language to Spanish even though you and I both know I may live in California but I'm clearly a white girl who can barely order food at a Mexican restaurant let alone understand whatever the hell you were saying? Yeah that was a good one. Everyone who called my phone either hung up without leaving a message or started their message with "Uhh, I don't know if this is you or not, Julie, because your answering machine was in Spanish but if it is then blah blah blah..." Then when I called to switch it back, I wasn't able to because you answered with a Spanish automated system. Haha, I think I was stuck with Spanish for a week!

We had such a good relationship so I don't know why you're pulling this latest stunt. Perhaps it's because you're mad that I cancelled my phone? Maybe it's just another one of your pranks? Maybe you miss me and just want to hear my voice every time I'm forced to call you? I don't know but I've tried to be reasonable about this.
I cancelled my phone over a year ago and paid off my $400 bill in cash the same day. Why did you send my account to a collection agency, scratch that, several collection agencies saying I never paid? You must've known I never keep receipts and of course wouldn't be able to prove I did pay it. Every time I've gotten a letter or a call from a collection agency, I've called you and after some searching you've been able to find proof that I've paid. After that I would kindly tell the collection agency to fuck off and give you a call. I haven't heard anything in a few months so I assumed the matter was taken care of. That is, until today of course.
Not only did I get a letter, I also got a call from a very nice lady saying my credit is fucked because of this and I basically have to pay or it'll get worse. I gave you a call and of course we did our little dance that we always do where they tell me to call you and then you tell me to call them. This usually goes back and forth for a bit but this time I didn't feel like dancing. Now you're telling me I never paid or cancelled my phone and that you had to cancel it for me months after I cancelled it because I didn't pay my bill. You're also telling me I had another phone when you and I both know this isn't true. I've tried talking to several different people about all this but they all say the same thing which is pay the damned bill again and someone stole my identity and got another phone in my name.
What. The. Fuck?
I'm sorry Sprint PCS but this is complete bullshit. I have been cool and calm about all the shit you've pulled in the past two and a half fucking years and now I'm fed up. After all, a girl can only take so much until she explodes. Why the hell didn't you tell me this shit in the first place when I supposedly didn't cancel my phone and pay my bill? It would've been nice to know someone had stolen my identity then. Why didn't you at least tell me this a month later when you should have at least told me I still had a bullshit bill which I already paid? Why did you wait 6 months to tell me this? You could've at least told me about the bill before you fucked up my credit behind my back. And only now, just over a year later, when I thought we'd resolved this do you tell me all this. Yeah I know I was stupid for not keeping my receipt but I've never needed one until now.
Also, why don't you have any information on the other account I supposedly opened? I asked you when it was opened and when it was closed but you didn't know. I also asked you what exactly you thought I owed you for and you didn't know that either. Don't you think you should know what you're billing someone for before you do it? I've talked to friends of mine and they've had this exact same problem with you when they cancelled their Sprint phones. Even the nice lady at the collection agency said she had this problem with her phone! She told me about all the people you do this to that she talks to on a daily basis. Basically everyone ends up just giving up and pays again to get you off their ass. I started to think I should just do that too but you know what? Fuck you, I'm not going to.
Yes, I'm being stupid and stubborn about this but I don't care. You've already fucked up my credit so it doesn't really matter if I pay you or not. It's not even about the money, $400 is nothing to me or to you. It's about the point of the whole thing. I'm sick of you bullying people into paying bullshit bills and I refuse to be bullied. You can kiss my ass and then go fuck yourself, you bastard.

On a completely unrelated note, I've been birdsitting for my friend's mom for the past week. The birds name is Jalapeno and they call him Jal so naturally, I've been calling him Peno. I also happen to have quite the potty mouth and tend to say fuck a lot.
Today I realised just how smart that little bastard is because all day he's been saying "PEEEEEENOOOO, Hi Peno" and "Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck" over and over and then laughs his little ass off. What do I do? I've been trying to get him to say different things instead but he won't. My friend's mom comes back home in two days and she will not be happy about this.....I swear, the things they pick up. Luckily, I don't have this problem with my birdie.

Yea fuck stupid ass sprint PCS, I fucking had a phone and left for basic training. I put the phone on hold and came back to find out they never even put the phone on hold, and were also charging my some bullshit fee's along with I phone I never even used for like 6 months. Anyways, I came back on leave to find out this bullshit and spend 2 out of my 3 weeks home getting them to turn off the fees and shut off my account because it was topping a rediculious 2000$ bill. I serve our damn country and your fucking freedom to fuck people over...the least you can do is not fuck me over.

If someone stole your identity they have to take if off of your credit and stop hassleing for payment. It does take time though. If they wont, take it the Attorney General or BBB. That will usually work.

It's not the stolen identity account they're saying I owe on. They're saying I owe on my real account so I don't know if they took the cash I gave them and put it towards the other account or what. They couldn't tell me anything about either phone really. All they told me was the number for the one that wasn't mine and that it's no longer active. I have no idea when it was opened or closed out so I don't think there's really anything I can report.
