I liked it. The guitar in the background though made me wince a few times. It's tone was just sorta unneccessarily erratic at points, but I liked it.

I read the lyrics and liked 'em, so I listened to the song.
+1 for the lyrics
+0.5 for the guitar playing (accurate timing but you don't need a bend-step-debend after every line - make 'em count)
-0.5 for the singing (belt it out for the take, you can always bring it down in the mix)
