While the Harry Potter movie series has enjoyed (at best) moderate success in movie theatres around the world, I can't help but think that the franchise would fare much better if Chris Farley was invloved somehow... obsoive...

Belushi is a god compared to Farley. Farley's only act was insulting his weight, which became very boring very quickly. Belushi is the guy responsible for the Samurai tailor, he MADE the bees sketches, and, oh yeah, he was John Blutarsky in National Lampoon's Animal House, a movie which stands head and shoulders above any of Farley's films.
And I think Farley died like 6-7 years ago.
