Hmm... bad analogy.
What I'm saying is this: ubersite is a mini-real life situation. You simply have a cross-section of people (mainly white people from the ages of 15-35) who all interact with each other. Some of the people are bound to be morons, rude, socially inept, and nuts (in cases like mine).
You just have to deal with it.
If there's a guy at work who is constantly an ass, getting into your cube, stealing your stapler, sticking post-its with pictures of slimy vaginas on your monitor, standing behind you while you read your email and talking constantly... you have to DEAL with him. You can't just say "boss, ban him! He makes me angry!"
We've all experienced our share of social-misfits, both in "real life" and on uber. You can either be a victim and hope your boss (ahem, bart, in which case I should use the word God) fires the dude, or you can man-up and ignore him... in which case he will either go away, or simply cease to be an annoyance because you don't notice him anymore.
