Hi guys! I'd like to introduce a new politically oriented comic strip, with fantastic art by Sebcharrot and (hopefully) funny jokes by me. We'll be releasing the strip twice a week, although with the first two releases we'll do two strips each to help get the storyline going.
For those of you of a conservative bent, don't worry. We'll be picking on everybody.
Look for new episodes of Bushwacked on Mondays (posted by Razor) and Fridays(posted by Sebcharrot).

Technical criticism, if I may? It feels a little bit like you're forcing your punchline. With the last frame font being bolder & bigger it's almost grabbing the reader by the collar and saying "Now this bit? Here's where you LAUGH!" Make it slightly bigger than the rest of the text, but not too much. Subtlety goes a long way with text.
But that's just my opinion.
Other than that, good work, better than anything I could have done. Let's see some more, see where this goes.

I'm still amazed at the rating this got with the parity of the humour.
A lot of Razors writing is great but I could write better comics than this.

Well the Boom is obviously quite bad, but I don't know about the rest of it..its technically good, especially for uber, but its just a caricature, its not funny.
I know in general its the text which is meant to be funny, but if you take the text away it shouldn't just be some cartoonish looking guy sitting at a desk.
Look at the foamy the squirrel cartoons, I know a comic is different but....I don't really know what I'm trying to say, the drawing is good, but boring, theres nothing happening, each pic looks the same as the last with just a few points changed.

After reading the reviews, I have to say +2 because it's better than anything I could have done with a comic. Keep on trying guys. Lots of strips are not instant hits until people start to "get" them.

maybe its an american thing, but those jokes didnt really do it for me. the art is ok - its a one-line strip, teh art doesnt need to be awesome, just reasonably distinctive and i think it is that. the jokes need to be funnier. maybe this would work in some financial journal or something.

Sure didn't. I wasn't being overly sarcastic, I gave it an honest rating. If I thought the strip was simply another mindless liberal Bush slam, I'd have either -2'd it for not being effective or simply not bothered rating it at all. I 0'd it because it didn't really make me smile and it isn't rhe kicker of all ass, but it is worth the bother though I have seen better. Thus it is worth reading. I think I should have refrained from my written comment - it apparently served only to confuse.
I do look forward to your future strips. No, I won't Auto+2 any liberal-bashing, either.

And in my opinion, you're throwing stones from a glass house. I don't see what you're so excited about, yourself, you stated your opinion, I stated my opinion of your opinion, and we're good.
As far as rating your post goes most of the time I don't give a negative review unless something actively annoys me, hence me not giving your post a review at all... I thought it was dumb, but it didn't annoy me enough to steer others away from it who might find that sort of thing amusing.

Razor whats up with you? in my opinion this comic was poor, the jokes were highly predictable and the artwork nothing to write home about.

hey, its good for uber, but its not good for a comic strip, it might have been a 1 if the boom hadn't been like that.
And the jokes sucked, I honestly thought it was a two line comic strip, as I didn't reallise 'the Liberal Media' was meant to be the punch line, its waaaaaaaaay to obvious.
Doing the accent would be good too.
