Strolling across the gold laced, ivory dais a bearded man tightened his silk robes and pulled the translucent angel's-hair belt snug. It fit the man well, accenting his slender body and flowing like a jungle stream as he crossed. His deep brown hair swayed against the back of his robe, drawing the extremes of the two colors and textures to ones immediate attention. He moved across the dais silently and pulled back the crimson curtains behind it to reveal a shimmering mother of pearl door with a golden handle.
The curtains swung back into place when the man stepped through the doorway and eased the door shut, leaving only the two thrones on the dais to keep watch over the vast, marbled hall. Giant columns of glistening white marble loomed on both sides of the hall as the central space was lined with red velvet ropes guiding the guests down the central walkway. Each marble tile was outlined in gold work, brightening the entire room when the skylights in the ceiling were opened for starlight.
Entering the room behind the dais, the bearded man loosened he shimmering belt about his waste and let the soft fabric fall from his shoulders and slither onto the cool marble. Across the room on a round bed rose a second man, running his hand through his beard and smiling with warm, welcoming eyes. The light from the open doors of the balcony brightened the room.
The bed had six ornate, wooden columns depicting different animal and plant life. Trees on one, birds on another, Man on another. Every form of life fathomable was etched into immortality in the soft wood. Slender, pale blue feathers hung from the circular framework attached to the columns almost reaching the floor. Silk sheets the color of the evening sky were gathered around the resting man's waist.
The man reached the bed and swam through the soft sheets. Gently caressing and kissing his way up to the pillows in the center of the enormous bed. Reaching the pillows the two lay entwined, staring at the ceiling. A painting loomed over them, one with an eye at the center. Clouds and mountains reflected off of it and a red storm lay on the horizon. The image captured the two viewers and they were lost in its trance.
Slowly the visitor sat up and turned to his partner.
"We must go now. It's time for our work."
The other man rolled from his side to his back and traced the eye in the air with his finger.
"Jesus,", the man said, "this work saddens me."
Jesus nodded in agreement and looked down, "Muhammad, we allowed them the power of choice. This is what it's come to."
Muhammad swung his feet off the bed sitting up and looked through the balcony doors and onto the Earth darkening. " 'Kill them all and let God sort them out.' they said. How wasteful."
Jesus reached over and gently caressed his lover's back, "We'll have to try harder next time I think."

This is somewhat of a joke. I just hope no Muslims are going to burn down the US embassy because it's on an American website. Damn bastards and their Jihadi Cocktails.
