Rob's basement is crowded. It's not really that he needs to clean it out, so much as he needs to quit chaining girls to the wall. That would cut down on the clutter.
Every wall has at least a half a dozen women chained to it, but Jessi and Heather are the only two that happen to be alive at the moment.
Jessi is the newest arrival and spends roughly half an hour screaming, crying and jerking her wrists violently against her chains. Having tired herself out, she glances to her left and asks Heather, "Why are you here?"
Heather lifts her head and answers dully, "The same reason you are, I suppose. I wouldn't go down on him. It's the same reason they're all here." She nods her head at the other three walls and the rotting bodies hanging on them.
Jessi shakes her head and starts to cry again. "Fucking shit. What'd I do to deserve this?" she asks.
She surveys the room. There are fresh bodies, still wet with blood and a few wilting dried out ones. Jessi recognizes one on the other side of Heather as her fifth grade P.E. teacher.
She shakes her head and tears and sweat splay the floor around her. Her hair is tangled in a massive knot at the back of her head where Rob dragged her down the stairs.
"What are we supposed to do?" she asks as she turns to look at Heather.
Heather's head slumps back down, her body goes limp, and her chains clink as she sways from one side to the other.
"Hey you!" she yells at Heather. "You!"
The only answer Jessi gets is the yellowish brown liquid that seeps down Heather's legs and drips onto the floor.
"Shit," Jessi whispers.
She thrashes and pulls against the chains but cries out when the rusted metal cuts into her skin.
"Shit," she repeats.

Jessi wakes to the sound of a young girl screaming "Fuck you, you douche bag. That's what you get."
She cranes her head to sees Rob chaining another young girl on the cold slab of wall directly across from her.
There's a thwack noise when Rob slaps the girl across the face.
"Fuck you," she says and spits in his face. Her childlike voice sounds strangely self assured.
Without glancing at Jessi, he stomps angrily up the stairs and slams the door behind him.
The room is silent for a moment as Jessi waits on the girl to make some sound, to say something, to cry.
There's nothing.
"Are you here because you wouldn't...you know?" Jessi whispers to the girl.
The girl throws her head back, cackles, and blood runs over her bottom lip, down her chin and onto her chest.
"It's not what I wouldn't do," she says. "It's what I did do."
She spits a bloody piece of flesh onto the floor underneath Jessi's feet and licks her lips.
"Foreskin," she says and smiles at Jessi.

I read this thinking that the girl who spat out the penis-chunk had viciously bitten into it, somehow knowing that Rob was going to harm her.
But now I wonder if the penis-chunk-spit-girl was entirely oblivious to the danger, and simply chose to bite the end off his penis for kicks. She even seemed ecstatic at the end -- "Foreskin," she says and smiles at Jessi." Not to mention licking her lips.
I was thinking maybe because she enjoys biting off men's penii so much that not even being chained to a wall can bring her down.
And that, to me, is arousing.

Only if nobody feeds or waters you. I'm pretty sure I could live a long life chained to a wall if someone was nice enough to bring me some good eats.
And I always thought starvation or thirst is a much less sudden demise. Not something where you make a wry comment and then just die. If she still had the energy to chat, she had the energy to not drop dead for a few hours at least. And why would he be keeping girls in his basement if he was only chaining them up until they die?

This seemed more like an interlude in a story rather than a story itself. Too quick. And a thin connection to V-day. It was kind of weird and pointless...I love the opening though. BAM! You just hit the ground running there.

You over-shot it there, that's at least 24 women. A bit unbelievable for even Don Juan, unless they're hookers. The ending saved it, but you still don't write long enough stories.

This is way too light hearted for the subject matter.
It needs to be darker and much more ominous. I'm guessing you got the feel you were looking for though and it was interesting enough anyway.
