His name is Raymone Robinson. On imdb.com, the credits for Animal House list four characters as "Mean Dude," "Meaner Dude," "Meanest Dude," and "Gigantic Dude" as the four black guys who approach the Deltas at the Dexter Lake club. Under the Memorable Quotes section on imdb.com, they list "Mean Dude" as saying, "Do you mind if we dance with your dates," and "Mean Dude" is credited as Raymone Robinson--though the better name is Jebidiah R. Dumas who plays "Gigantic Dude."
