the punchline did nothing for me, and I don't know what show they are talking about. At least it wasn't the usual 1 line 2 line 3 line ZING!!!! format. Solid artwork, jokes just need a litte more.......something. I don't want to say this is good or bad because I feel like this is more setup than anything for later strips.

Actually that is a problem. The UN doesn't really have an army. I mean as an organization that is just the collection of several nations, it wouldn't TECHNICALLY have an army. But still, if the US just says "Hey UN. I dare you to stop me." It wouldn't do anything. None of the nations who loan troops to the UN will want to throw down, and the UN will be powerless to stop America.
