Okay, so now some of the birdshot that the Vice President "peppered" into 78 year old Whittington's face has migrated into his 78 year old heart, and the guy has suffered a heart attack.
If this kills him, is it murder/manslaughter? Will Cheney ever actually be held accountable? Does anyone actually believe Cheney mistook a 78 year old man for a pheasant?

i just wanna see the manslaughter trial, even if he is aquitted and it's deamed an accident--- i wanna see him on house arrest, or in jhail or something. be nice to see a higher-up (hell, there's only one more higher-up than him) get treated like "common-folk"
