"This drawing was done entirely in MS Paint with a Logitech laser mouse. I did not use the copy and paste tool, or the text tool. There was no color sampling or pasting from other images, but I did view some seperate images as reference, as do most artists.

Most (if not all) images in that picture were googled, then traced over. When zooming in you can see artifacts on the edges (such as in the CS part) where a multitude of colors that would match the original screenshot have not been cleaned up properly. "Oh, those came from bitmap to jpeg conversion." No, they didn't, that's why they are only confined to certain sections. I've superimposed the original images that I could find over his tracings.
He admitted to viewing images to copy for the paint, because that is the obvious minimum he could have done with them. Unlike an artist who has to mix a palette to find colors, all he did was use the pick color, place it over a pixel of the original image for the color he wants, and then go from there. He didn't mix colors. He didn't draw from scratch. He just traced really fucking well.
Although not nearly as "professional looking" as this paint, at least Gibberish's were hand drawn and with some level of creativity. Forthewin's is just a collage of pop-culture icons, buried under tracings of itself like the acne scarred skin hiding under Cameron Diaz's makeup.

I always thought that "Ultimate MS Paint" was bullshit, anyways. Prepare for loods of -2s from assholes who worship the very ground the tracer walks on. Though I did notice a startling lack of inspiration THE WHOLE TIME.
The Crono and Pikachu gave it away that it was copy/pasted.
