Ok, so this probably isn't likely to inspire much in the way of give-a-fuck, but I told my brother this was going online and I'll be damned if I'm going to break THAT promise.
So basically, I received a text message from my 19yo (I think) brother last night. He's currently approaching the end of his second term at Glasgow University, and from what I can tell, he's been treating his time at uni much the same as I treated mine.
Drunk.
While I am, in my own way, exceptionally proud of him for this, I'm beginning to feel like I'm being usurped. I've always been the drunk of the family and I'm not willing to let him take that away from me.
Christmas wouldn't be the same if my mother wasn't constantly telling me I drink too much and how uncle-so-and-so died from alcoholism.
But this post isn't about me.
Received at 11.45 last night. I don't know whether to respect or shame him for getting to this stage by such an early time. Apparently he was celebrating actually handing a piece of work in on time. I've heard that that's a big deal. Wouldn't know.

The reason I'm sharing this with you, Uber, is that I can't help feeling that whoever wrote these obscenities on my brother's arm is familiar with this site. I know mikethescottish is based in Glasgow, so he's currently prime suspect. A reference to rape would have clinched it, but that would've been too easy. The abuse was a cut above the usual 'cunt' and 'insert cock here', so whoever it was has my grudging respect.
So if anyone wants to come forward and admit to molesting my brother at some point last night, there might just be a drink in it for you.
