Associated Press--(New York) Popular TV show "American Idol" announced its release of a much anticipated game. The release was scheduled for last month but was not due to some minor programming glitches. The game which is to be released this Tuesday will feature sing-a-long in the popular Karoake style.
The game is expected to retail in most department and gaming stores at approximately $39.99 USD and will be available for PSP, Playstation 2, XBOX, XBOX 360, Mac, and PC. American Idol became popular in its very first season.
Music on this widely released game has been at the forefront of controversy. There are several artists included in the game, however, sloppily covered "Nirvana" songs seem to have been the main focus.
