I'm sure most of you are familiar with HotOrNot.com. Upon searching through the "Rate Me" section, I realized that the world has some pretty low standard. I saw a pile of meat and goo slopped into a skirt rated a 7, and a shemale with a face that could stop a bullet rated over 8.
