I don't know how to approach this subject anymore. I mean, fuck, how long has it been now? A week? Two weeks?
I have no concept of time anymore. I've been sitting around here for however long eating Cap'n Crunch and watching whatever's on TV. I've been out once to get more milk, but now I'd rather just eat the shit dry. I don't care anymore. I'd rather just sit here than go out there anymore.
I have two credit cards that are just about maxed out. Given the big, juicy APR they've slapped on me since I stopped paying for them however long ago, I think they're beyond maxed out. But to reiterate, I don't care. I'm beyond apathetic at this point. Let me revise my statement: it's not that I don't care; rather, I'm tired about caring for unimportant bullshit. I'm actively pursuing this seemingly passive lifestyle. Wait, that doesn't make any sense. I'm constantly thinking of my new direction. Yeah, that sounds a little more sane.
I can probably relate to you. I never thought I could escape the daily grind either. My reality was one of constant sacrifice:
"Here's a few thousand bucks, just for you. Oh, wait, hold on, we're gonna need about a quarter of that. Yeah, we know it doesn't seem fair, but we need to use this for someone that really needs it. Like that meth-addicted mom. Do you really wish to deprive her of another hit? Same for that death row inmate. He needs to eat, you know."
Constant...sacrifice. Fuck this. I sold my car a while ago. It turns out I didn't actually need it. I had to make up excuses to use it so I could justify paying for it. Fucking backwards. As for the credit cards? I'm not paying for them. Not for a while, at least. It's time to go AWOL. I have a guitar, 10 sets of strings, and a duffel bag full of clothes, a notebook and some pens. And all the cash I emptied out from the ATM.
I'm not sure who exactly, but I know someone's gonna want to come after me. I haven't paid the rent in a while, now that I think of it. Same goes for the gas and electric bills. They probably disconnected my cell phone, but I'm not sure; I only use it to play my Texas Hold'Em game. I'll leave it, though. It'll give me more time to spend with the notebook.
I'm done with the cereal. I took my last shower and had my last shave that I'm gonna have for a while. I had a girlfriend not too long ago. She left shortly after I told her how I feel about everything. Something about me not being able to cope with reality. I dunno. She could be right. I could end up as a bum. I could end up dead. Can't be any worse than where I was.
I honestly don't know where I'm gonna go right now. I haven't really thought about the specifics. I just figure the bus depot is a good start to my new life. I guess. I'll be able to see more than I would on a plane. Right? Well, in any case there's more sleep time on a Greyhound than a Boeing.
Here I go...

Holy shit, it's been a long time since I posted. My muse has given me absolutely NOTHING. Therefore I have about 4 series I haven't ended yet and now I have to rely solely on my flow-of-consciousnessessesnsnes writing. It's usually funnier than this.
