The "Prime Directive" of a government is to provide for the common defense and to secure the borders of the country. A country with no borders cannot by definition be a country. If the current debacle that is our illegal alien problem angers you as much as it does me I have a suggestion: Illegal aliens have entered our country "Illegally" and those people who have been duly elected to represent us and to enforce our laws have chosen to ignore this problem and allow this to occur. They are more concerned with potential votes than in doing the right thing, which is to secure our borders and prevent these illegals from entering our country. If our elected representatives are going to
"selectively" enforce our laws, we the voters and taxpayers should "selectively" obey them; a good place to start would be with the U.S. Income Tax code.......What if W e the taxpayers decided NOT to obey the tax laws and NOT to pay the damn income tax ... .Watch the crap hit the fan and the problem get solved in a hurry...I have nothing against immigrants but our laws cannot be flaunted and there is a right way to immigrate to America.

I agree that illegal immigration is should be absolutely stopped. If the citizenry is willing to volunteer it's help, the Border Patrol should use that additional manpower. Except the crazy ones, of course.

No I have an idea. The one power we American tax payers have is the power of our purse strings. If our elected representatives can chose to enforce our laws "selectively" we might want to imply to them that we tax payers might obey our laws "selectively" IE. to withhold our income tax payments.
We are not getting the government that we have been paying for so it is sort of like taking a defective product back for a credit. The objective is to make things "right".

See but you're not thinking about logical consequences, if the citizens of a country revolt, the country fails, it's that simple. If a society crumbles it cause complete chaos, society would crumble if the U.S. died. Chaos would be anarchy, and anarchy cannot truly exist to a logical being because it is complete chaos, therefore a new government, or several smaller governments, would arise, and many of the arisen governments would have nuclear power plants or nuclear stockpiles in their possession. Next the beginning of all governments are unstable, so do you really think it would be likely that a nuclear warhead would be used somewhere within five years of the country(ies) new beginning(s)?

citizens.I have been to Mexico and the people are very industrious and have an excellent family
