Whoa shit in about 24 hours I'll be on a plane heading to the states. First time I've seen the states in about 2 years... I'm an excited young man right about now. The best part about traveling from japan to america is that you get to travel back in time.
I leave narita airport in tokyo at around 4:00 p.m. june 14 and arrive in chicago O'hare at around 2:30 p.m. june 14. I'll have sucessfully traveled back 2 hours in time even though I had just spent around 14 hours getting to the destination, which means I'll actually travel back in time about a half a day.
Going back to Japan, I'll travel into the future, actually skipping an entire day of my life. I've done it before, and it sucks. I could have done a lot of shit with that day, and it burns my heart to know it is gone... forever.
Man I can't wait... I feel like I'm getting probation by getting sent to school in america. Hopefully my plane doesn't crash or some shit but if it does I won't be too surprised or disappointed how it all turned out.
With that out of the way...
Nightmares rock. Does anyone here besides myself actually appreciate the horrors your mind is capable of creating while you are asleep? The mere fact that the shit that scares me is coming out of my own mind... it's weird I suppose. The feeling you get when you wake up is great also, that feeling of saftey and security after you realize it was all a dream and you lay comfortably in your bed. (Unless you're homeless of course) All while you are still half asleep, actually feeling good to be in reality.
I had a weird dream last night, it wasn't exactly a nightmare but it was far scarier than any dream of horror I've had. It was basically a group of guys shooting up my friends right in front of my face. I can still recall the fear running through me as I yelled for them to stop, not understanding the insanity and evil which led them do such a thing to another person. It was pretty cool at one point cause one of my friends who got shot in the head just stands up and starts laughing, "Man, that motherfucker shot me in the head! I dunno I feel alright though!". The dream shifted over to a day a work when I -get this- posted something on Ubersite saying about how my friend got shot in the head and someone Uberuser was one of the people who was doing the shooting and threatened to kill me... I can't remember much of it really, I can remember the fear though. The feeling was a hell of a lot stronger than the plot of the dream itself. I drifted off into other more pleasant dreams after that one so I didn't get that most satisfying wake-up. Just a boring, tired, I fucking hate the military wake-up.
Nightmares kick ass.

oh yea, i also had this dream that i took a chainsaw and cut my dog, Foster, in half and Foster's beer came pouring out.

I always have this dream where there's a vicious dog attacking me, so I grab a knife and stab it over and over again, then I realize it's my dog, and I'm all sad and try to take care of him.

i fuckin had the worst dream that i was fighting aliens on a spaceship and when i try to stop it all i get shot in the back. when i woke up i couldnt fuckin move for like 5 seconds and i had aa pain in my back weird huh?

Dreams convey important messages about your waking life. Really.
Anyway, nightmares scare me more than these lame-ass horror movies we see now, because I could actually feel that metal sword on my neck when I woke up.

Last night I dreamed about spiders. I kept feeling them crawl all over me under my clothes. I would lift my shirt and these huge spiders would scatter to another covered part of my body when the light hit them. I felt a bump under my socks and took one off and saw a huge spider biting into my foot. I kept screaming and looking under my shirt and at the mirror at my back and calling for someone to come tell me if they were still on me. My mom kept saying, there's one, I see it, hold still. I kept frantically removing layer upon layer of clothing and when I stepped into the shower I saw hundreds of spiders fall to the shower floor. That's all I remember but when I woke up all I had on was my underwear. My clothes were all over the floor near my bed. I am still itchy.

I had a nightmare when I was a wee lad, and then I woke up to realize I wasnt dreaming, I was relly hearing my parents have sex.

I flew to NC a few years ago, and the night before, I dreamed my plane was going to crash, it scared the shit out of me, but made me want to fly even more.....weird huh?

Dave, seriously. what did you mean by that? her and i don't get along too well ever since... well, you know. i try to be nice to her, but she's always glaring at me when i try to be nice. it's like she resents me. i don't get it. i don't see why we can't just be friends. or least she can be civil to me. i never did anything wrong to her, unless there's something i don't know about?

When I flew home from Italy once, I was trying to doze and was dreaming I was still on the plane talking to some hot chick. Then suddenly the shit went Twilight Zone. Everyone turned to the front of the plane and stared forward, their skin suddenly looking pale and plastic. A strange, loud noise began then, and turned into a full bore scream. I tried to scream, because, well, I was scared shitless. I woke up, and no one was looking at me like I was psycho, so I guess I didn't scream out loud. Weird shit, but kick ass.
