A little on the short side, I wanted to post this before I went away for the weekend as my One Gram series has been put to one side while I do Disgruntled series stuff.
Anyway, people are enjoying this one so here is a little more to bide you over.

Thirty minutes after they all first heard the aircraft and they'd laid out two strings of electric lanterns that looked like over sized Christmas lights the plane was taxiing to a halt at the top end of the open field. They all hustled over, and behind them the vans were being started and driven into position.
It was cold out here on this exposed farmland, probably not for the time of year and probably not for Scotland, but for a bunch of Ben Sherman wearing southerners it was fucking freezing. Ten minutes into unloading the largest amount of drugs any of them had seen before in their lives and they were sweating buckets.
The physical labour was enough to make them sweat under the thick layers that they all wore, but it was also the excitement and the adrenaline.
The two pilots merely stood to one side and allowed them to get on with things, drinking something hot from a flask. One of the blokes that had been speaking to the Dog earlier had spoken to the first pilot after they first touched down and from then onwards it was just the activity of men unloading cases from the plane and loading them into the transits.
By five o'clock in the morning they had seen the plane off, split down into smaller groups and were heading back home. The boys of course took Carls beamer back. The Dog had asked Scott if he wanted to stay with his merchandise and ride in one of the transits but Scott had said no. They were all impatient to get back, get their hands on what was their and start making some money. However they all realised that it probably wasn't going to work that way.
Most likely as soon as they got near London they four of them would via off to their little town outside of the capital and the load would disappear into the City, after that they would have to pick it up bit by bit or at the least if they were to take it in one load it probably wouldn't be for a few weeks 'until the heat died down'.
There was a real anti-climax feeling amongst them and within about forty five minutes of being on the road the three that were not driving were fast asleep.
Carl had been driving for around three and a half hours into the journey and was on the M73 approaching the M74 when he heard a mobile ringing. Scott stirred and reached into his pocket for the Nokia. It became very apparent very soon that the Dog was on the line and from what Carl could make out it was good news.
Scott glanced around to try and get some bearings and realising that they were on a motorway asked Carl to stop and the Bothwell service station that he'd spotted a sign for, with that he woke Dean and Jarvis and informed them all that a break was due.
Once inside the service station Scott treated them all to breakfast, found a quiet table and filled them in on the news he had received no more than a quarter of an hour ago.
"He said we can collect our slice of the delivery as soon as we want to. The unloading is happening tomorrow all being well and I have to phone him at a number he has given me to find out where. After that we can arrive, collect what is ours and go again. We'll be in control of our own area but for anything and everything that we sell we cut in the Dog for twenty five percent. He also said that if we do it this way and get caught with this amount and mention his name to the police he will have us killed. He is putting a lot of trust into us guys. Let's not fuck it up."
This lifted them all; there was nothing they wanted more than to be in control of their own drugs. Of course they wanted the protection that someone of the Dogs status afforded them but they didn't want to sell his drugs for him, they wanted to sell theirs under him. If that meant paying 25% then so be it. It would be worth it. And besides, they actually had Scott as their main investor and when they had left town them few days ago his name was pretty high up the fear pecking order.
So having arrived safely back, they left the A10 at around 10pm and arrived in town. Carl dropped each of them off at their homes as they'd already decided it was too late for a drink, they each wanted a good nights sleep after the last three days events. Tomorrow they would be driving into London to pick up their share and after that they were going to be very busy for a while.
Having called the Dog and arrange a meeting the boys met up and drove into Tottenham, they had a midi type van that Scott had borrowed from a friend and with two of them up front and the other two in the back section the headed down the back down the A10.
Arriving spot on time at the pre arranged petrol station, they swung into the road following the car that the Dog was in. They were heading for some lock up garages just around the corner.
Once they arrived the guys got to see just what their money had bought them. Scott had put up 30K, each of the guys had been paid 10K for the run to Scotland, they had pocketed 5K and were re investing 5K each, added to Scott's 30 plus some 'free' gear that the Dog had added by way of thanks and they had around. £50K pounds worth of Class A and C drugs. Funny how Scott instantly thought about getting some class B's just so he had a full house.
And it was impressive, most impressive indeed. Quickly moving it all into the van that they were using they squared all the details with the Dog and headed back home.
He had reiterated the consequences of what they were about to get involved in. Not just doing this whole thing under his name, but the reality of what they had become, the punishment that the police would dish out if they were caught, the punishment other drug barons might dish out (like Scott wasn't acutely aware) and the punishment they would have to dish out to non payers and small time dealers who took the piss.
All in all they were getting a top buzz from the thoughts and feelings of becoming the new top dogs.
