I didn't see this yesterday when everyone piled on her. I thought it was funny that she took her site down, and decided that I might as well get the pictures that she frantically tried to erase from the web. Method mirrored her pages. Essentially, that's what I did here, because I don't have a website to put them on.

If this is an alter, then how did the geocities site get taken down? You have to assume that the real Mandy found out about these posts representing her, and took it down herself. This relies on 1) her actually finding out about Ubersite, and 2) her giving 2 shits about it. It's not a stretch, I'm just saying.
Or, the alter is the one who created the geocities site in the first place. If an alter created the site, you'd think they wanted to get more mileage out of it then they did.
I tend to think that it's not an alter, and Mandy realized she shouldn't have used the same screen name for Uber as she did for her real-life website. So she took the site down.

You know, come to think of it, I had a similar experience with a girl I was sort of friends with. She also could probably eat Mandy whole, then ask for a side of steak. We had a friend who looked like a cross between Alyssa Milano and that chick from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The fat chick actually thought she had a chance with Alyssa/Buffy's man. WTF? Not necessarily, Anansie. When I was in high school there was this really fat chick who was one of those hangers on. When I mean really fat, I mean the kind who could eat this Mandy chick whole. She was either living in denial or thought she looked like the rest of us. She also used to always go for the captain of the football team type of guys with rather predictable results.
I haven't thought about her in years and that was probably for the best.

As a woman... If I were to loose enough weight to go from a size 14 (closer to 18 from the looks of things) to a size 4... ALL my pics would be updated. It's a combination of vanity and insecurity. Every woman has it, to varying degrees, but ALL have enough to update unflattering pictures to more current flattering pictures.
