I've been bothered by this for some small time now. I slowly realized how much I totally and utterly hate this show, I mean like, even more than uber hates me. I've noticed a few disturbing things about this show that bother me.
1. The wife is a bitch. The husband never is allowed to take any form of enjoyment from anything at all.
2. The husband is whipped. He never once decided that his wife has been riding his ass long enough, that she needs she needs to be put in her place, and just decides that recreational spousal abuse is just the thing to take the edge off.
3. The wife is a retard. The wife hates her in-laws, but was stupid enough to move across the street from them, then shows the audacity not to lock the doors, then bitch at the working husband, who is responsible for being able to afford their house, while she can't contribute to anything, and can't raise the kids like a responsible adult should. Last time I checked, locks aren't hard to turn.
4. The brother is depressed, but is too afraid to kill himself like a man.
5. The wife is a whore. Ever notice how all the kids are blonde, and nobody in the family has blonde hair. The defence here is the old hag with "blonde" hair. Just to let you know, it's not real hair.
I'm sorry about how much time has passed since the show has ended since this post, but it needed to be said, and I couldn't find anything like it.

I'll go to bat for the show. is is the best show ever? no, its no arrested development. but, whenever i watch it, i laugh out loud a little bit. thats more i can say about a LOT of other junk on TV. the brother is funny as all hell. half the time, its just on of the looks he gives that makes me laugh.

1.) It's not a 'review' if the show's been off the air for over a year, and just because you point that out in the body of the post doesn't make it any less lame.
2.) Bitchy wife... annoying in-laws... hmmm... why that sounds like the formula to just about every sitcom ever made in the history of television. See, the general populous is lazy and unimaginative, and wants to spend its free hours watching shows about people who are just like them, only slightly more interesting. Hence sitcoms. And reality TV crap. That's why you don't have more shows about vegan astronaut eunuchs who travel back in time to the medieval era to invent fusball.
