The courts have sided with her in almost everything.
She has literally violated every court order, every single one, and they have done nothing to her. Anyway, the case if over 6/5/06, and I will probably never see my daughter again until she is older enough to come find me. The whole case has just messed with my mentality and outlook on life and other things. I always thought if I did what was right and stayed on course that eventually things would be seen and go my way. This was not the case, I though I did everything right and never broke one court order, I was being dragged back to court every other month facing new allegations from her, biatch (my ex). Soon CPS got involved, they were coming over and talking to us and the kids and questioning everyone. The police even called me once regarding some accusations she made against my son and girl's boys allegedly touching my daughter. Once that started they were dragging my baby girl into clinics and checking her private area, and scrapping her insides to check for penetration and hymen intact. I begged and pleaded for them to leave her alone and to get more evidence and prove this was not happening to her but it was court ordered, and of course the b*tch followed that court order. I asked her, "what do I have to do to make this stop, to make sure my daugther doesn't have to be checked and questioned like this..." she said "sign your rights away..." and tried to call her bluff, and then a temporary restraining order was placed on us, my daughter was not allowed to be left alone with anyone but me and I had to be with my daughter at all times, no matter what. My daughter was then interrogated again and again and I could see signs of wear on her, she was not the same baby girl, this was truly affecting her. I didn't want to give her away, but I didn't want her to live her life like this, because of me, because her mom is a crazy nut, I wanted her life normal and if I didn't give in for her, that would be selfish. Obviously her mom didn't care of the affects this was taking on my daughter and only wanted to hurt me using her own flesh and blood. I figured that if I stayed on course and did the right thing no matter what the courts would see through this, but they didn't.
Till this day she has not proven one, not one, allegation she has made against me. All 4 cases with CPS against me have been dropped. I have not seen my baby girl in over 6 months, I have not talked to her in over 5. I will probably not see her again for a very long time, and I don't know when or if ever that will be. It is tearing me apart inside, I try to deal with it the best I can, try to hide my emotions, but that is my child. Then I think about all the things I'm sure she has told my baby girl, that I didn't want her, and that I left her, and that I loved her brother more, or something, and it makes me want to cry. I often find myself day dreaming now, not even realizing it, just sitting and staring. I never thought in a million years that the case would end this way when I started it. I am not a corrupt person, how can I benefit from a corrupt system. I love my lord and have faith, but my faith in this world is lost and I no longer want to be a part of it....

i didn't even read this, but my guess is you're hanging on by a very thin thread. my advice? enjoy high school while it lasts, after that you're going to have a long life of working at the local jiffy lube making barely enough to eat and buy Hawthorne Heights tickets. good thing you won't have to pay rent at your parent's house, otherwise you'd probably have to get *gasp* two jobs. and i don't think you're cut out for best buy just yet...

You should be happy that you got it all out. Even though it's on a site full of assholes. You could be living in hell for a couple, heck maybe even a few years. But in the end, your daughter will realise the kind of person your ex is. You might miss out on seeing her grow up. Which sucks. But in the end, even if it is a long way away, you will ge tyour daughter back. And as an adult, she can hate ur ex way more than she was ever able to hate you as a child.

i for one, dont really believe this dudes side of the story. i'm sure if the biatch logged on, it wouyld be completely different. this kid i know got arrested for assault and battery on his fiance. i asked him what happened and he said that she smacked him so he pushed her and a beer bottle fell off a shelf and hit her on the neck and left bruising. she says he tried to strangle her. obviuosly, she is lying. see?

I'm not giving this a negative rating because the situation is complete shit. My buddie's girlfriend (who he's had one daughter with and took the gf's other daughter in like his own) is bi-polar and refuses to "pollute" her body with medication (although that doesn't prevent her from boozing or shoving enough coke up her nose to make Sam Kinnison blush). She verbally and physically abuses both him and the girls, but he won't try to take custody of the girls or separate from her because he's scared the courts will give her custody.
It's horseshit.
