Ok, here we are again. It's Monday morning and I'm on my way to work. Since it's cold out this morning, I've decided to take off the first hour or two to warm myself up under my comforter.
Since I'm not working, I've decided to post the third song of the ongoing series. If you haven't experienced the first two, please do so now as they are essential to the overall plot (or some drivel like that). For your listening pain or pleasure:

That being done, onto the new stuff.
This track is slightly more experimental in the precussion department that the previous two. I wanted to create a drum heavy opus. The sampled voice is my bro drummer who I jam with occasionally. This is a sort of tribute to him if you want to look at it that way, but in reality you would be wrong. I played all the instruments, including but not limited to a couple guitars (if you want types and setups, see the previous posts. So I'm lazy; sue me) a cheesy old synth I got at the local pawn shop, and a 6 channel drum machine. All the editing, compiling, arranging and sampling was done by me through an ancient copy of CoolEdit2000.
Let me know what you think. Be honest. This is an experiment for me and I would appreciate any feedback I can get.
When I get some time, I'll post the final track from the ep; (Part 4: About God). The final track is the only one I really came out happy about, but that's all for another post. In the meantime, this is called "Pressure".

I enjoyed this. The breakdown section at about 2:16 was nice, and the stereo effects on synth you've got going throughout the song forced my attention throughout whereas a mono drone would've made me zone out.

This is probably the best one out of the three so far. But it still sort of sucks.
The beat is strong, but everything over the top is fairly monotonous and annoying. I can't quite tell if it's supposed to be industrial or what, but check out stuff by Suicide Commando, Assemblage 23, Apop, Zeromancer... They're all good. Try Googling a German club called K-17 and another one called Dunche (I think), and a bar called Access. Best industrial shit there is like.
