I intend to go to Scotland in the next couple of years. My mother's side of the family are a bunch of Scots (right mad ones at that). The land calls to me from across the pond. A Jungian collective unconscious kind of thing I think.

I was thinking of running away to Ireland, or somewhere similar, since half of the family hales from the UK. I saw a picture of Cork, it looked nice. My mother went to visit family in Scotland when I was in highschool a few years back, she stayed an extra week and forgot to call, so it must be a pretty kick-ass place to be.

I was at university for four years... then the Dean of Computer, Mathemaical, and Physical Sciences very politely asked me to get out. Then I ran out of money. Two years out of college working shit-tacular jobs is a serious eye-opener.
