I have to agree with Coleslaw. You can almost see the couch that the model was laying on.
Even so, it works.

Her boobs aren't nearly big enough to be floating like that.
Aside from that, I don't like how crowded the "angels" are, I don't like how she looks superimposed onto the water, rather than to truly be floating or coming out of it. I think that's why I don't like how her hair looks either.
