Russia and China, like other countries and world banks are shifting their reserves to Euros and gold over Dollars. What does this mean for the future of the dollar? In realistic terms, this development is telling of things to come both economically and geopolitically.
To those familiar with Texas Rep. Ron Paul's Congressional speech on "The End of Dollar Hegemony", this will come as no surprise. This is an eye-opening speech and is a MUST READ for anyone seeking to understand the politics of the petrodollar and the impending collapse of the 'American Empire'. http://www.lewrockwell.com/paul/paul303.html
Any economist worth his weight in paper will tell you that the United States' economic and political power in the world is a direct result of petrodollar monopoly, and as oil becomes increasingly unstable as a commodity, this power is doomed to diminish. Many have warned that this fundamental shift in power could cause the United States to compromise its own sovereignty in favor of what many have called a "One World Government" system, or as former President George H. W. Bush and others have called the "New World Order".
A close examination of large financial transactions and moves by some of the richest men and companies in the world herald this coming change. Billionaires like Bill Gates and Warren Buffett have been moving their financial capital overseas for some time in an effort to brace against this coming collapse; however, the average American working family remains clueless - still placing their money and their trust in retirement funds based in dollars.
This basic trickery is the bedrock upon which the ruling class are preparing themselves to take hold of this "One World Government" in an impending time of political and economic crisis.
The recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are but an offshoot of this larger conspiracy by those currently in power to bolster their position and brace for what some have described as the "End of the Age of Oil". The current propaganda campaign against the countries of Iran and Venezuela, #4 and #5 respectively in terms of oil reserves, is a direct extension of this coming struggle.
It only takes a mediocre amount of research to see that we are on the cusp of a human crisis the likes of which would put the current wars and even WWII to shame.
It's not a question of 'if', but 'when'.
I have been preaching about this for literally MONTHS and have been ridiculed on this website for it. I will offer this information to you once again in the hopes that, if nothing else, you will make an informed decision regarding your own finances and will not fall victim to what is shaping up to be a worldwide crisis. I'm not telling you what to do, I'm just hoping to relay information that will be helpful to that end.

you can blame my friend beau.
it is kind of believable though, reading everything about the conspiracy and everything else of the sort. Granted there are a few things I disagree with; kind of like reducing Al Qaeda's role in the sept 11 attacks. yet now when I think about it, they really weren't the big players that long ago, they definately did have some help.
just more of a reason to fight these people and bring everything back to where it needs to be.
Beau told me that when he gets to the senate he's going after the federal reserve, and if he survives that (and he meant literally) he's going for the presidency and the destruction of the conspiracy.
I'm down with that, granted I don't particularly care for politics, I can take care of the dirty work.
Granted that's just an adolescent fantasy of saving the world and all that good stuff, but I will have his back during his run and after.
so when you see "Beau Brady" on the ballot, cast a vote for him.
Or I'll so brown-shirt your ass. :)

1)abolish the federal reserve (it's not even under our control)
2)put the dollar back on the gold standard
3)all european countries who owe us money will pay up.
4)we leave the UN, they're a bunch of morons anyways, let them figure their own problems.
5)Destroy the trilateral commission and the council on foreign relations
6)Get as far away as possible from the world bank. They're the ones with their dirty little fingerprints all over this.
7)oh yeah. Pay down the debt.

Sounds like a pretty good plan. Being on the oil standard, so to speak, only works well so long as oil is available and cheap. This clearly is no longer the case. I look for this to be THE political issue of the next decade, because it affects virtually everything.
Funny, though, seeing what you've written here might lead one to believe that you also see a worldwide conspiracy to create a One World Government. ;)

even if it is true, the problem is that global finance is simply
too complex for anyone, let alone the average ubersite user, to
reasonably discuss. i suppose a few experts can have a decent conversation
about it, but even they dont really know exactly what is going on.
there is not one person on the planet that can adequately predict
in any detail the future effects of global financial policies.
the best we can do is reduce risk factors like excessive debt and speculation
and hope for the best.
now if you talked about how the us government has been doing the
exact opposite of what is prudent, then you would have a strong case.
but pretending that a specific event will happen in an exact way in
the future is way beyond anyone's powers of prediction.

here's the thing, boss.
the international bankers have been planning this. Ever since we established a national bank (one of our presidents was nearly assasinated for opposing this) we've been heading towards this end.
When Nixon took us off the gold standard, the ending was made to hasten that much sooner.
Now, here's the question, what can we do about it?
simple.
7)oh yeah. Pay down the debt.
now, was that so hard?

Then implying you're an economist worth its weight and that it's entirely caused by petro-dollars - it's starting to smell like bullshit.
After that you made a huge leap and said there is a world conspiracy for a "one world government" - Um...what?

Please tell me any renound, or even educated economist who believes in the "dollar hegemony".
Please tell me why only Henry C.K. Liu supports it? They guy who isn't even a real economist, the guy who runs his own investment group and makes money off of people following his hairbrained advice?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_C.K._Liu
We know Liu must be a respected writer and thinker because he stands shoulder to shoulder with James Cumes, author of How to Become a Millionaire without really working, and other books. Sounds pretty reputable to me. http://www.debunking-economics.com/ (scroll down they both give recommendations on how good the debunking economics book is).

Numbers don't have bias. Just watch the price of gold and the fall of the dollar against other currencies. Then just looke at the facts you can decipher about what are the U.S.'s aims with regard to some of these countries and the picture emerges that is not biased.
My ultimate 'batshit-crazy' concern is this: if the U.S. dollar collapses, the ripple effects will be worldwide, in every economy, like a house of cards. The only solution at that point will be to move either toward all out war to whip it back into working order (as with the last Great Depression), or the instituion of a 'One World Government' with a 'One World Currency' wherein there is no paper money, but National ID cards and personal access numbers either implanted under our skin in Verichips, with retinal scans, or in credit card form.
Sound familiar?
---------------------------
I wouldnt say that numbers dont have bias ETS, they can have bias, the reason gold is pushed up is because people are nervous. Say on the stock market, some fake claim about something negative in a company could run around, brokers get wiff of it, and start selling shares post haste. The news is untrue, but the numbers react as if it where true. A number is really only a definate for things, and humans cant really give unbiased information, as humans have a tendancy to relate things to thier experience, be it 'similar' or 'opposite' Numbers, espically economy numbers, run very strongly with the current of opinion.
One also must remember, is that the US dollar doesnt encompass the world. It would have a very strong reaction in the golbal field, but chances are the euro or the yaun would probably step into its place. The US does have a lot of power due to its currency being used to trade in oil, but it also has a tendancy to have a loud mouth, so to speak.

Gold is different in the sense that it's not as universal as paper. You can't rubber stamp gold or make it out of thin air. In that sense, it's more concrete.

Can we please leave personal insults out of this, its much more entertaining if we're serious.
The only way that there could be a war larger than WW2 is if China and the USA worked together to try and conquer the world and somehow persuaded the UK to pull a roosevelt and stay out of it.
Countries are already vying for world domincane, China is winning. Go figure.

Batshit crazy is right.
The USA has lost its position as the lone superpower, its influence will continue to fall for at least 40 years. The dollar will fall in value.
So fucking what? There will be no 'bigger than WW2' war and no 'one world government'
What the flying fuck are you talking about?

"My ultimate 'batshit-crazy' concern is this: if the U.S. dollar collapses, the ripple effects will be worldwide, in every economy, like a house of cards. The only solution at that point will be to move either toward all out war to whip it back into working order (as with the last Great Depression), or the instituion of a 'One World Government' with a 'One World Currency' wherein there is no paper money, but National ID cards and personal access numbers either implanted under our skin in Verichips, with retinal scans, or in credit card form."
Batshit crazy is right.
The USA has lost its position as the lone superpower, its influence will continue to fall for at least 40 years. The dollar will fall in value.
So fucking what? There will be no 'bigger than WW2' war and no 'one world government'
What the flying fuck are you talking about?

But at the end of every war there has been a drop in any countries currency. Thats just standard. Id be more worried about the general concensus that the economy should only rise, and in doing so, people artifically push it up. So when it does go down, it goes down in a big way.... Then it rains stockbrokers.
People are always going to fight for whatever resorce is available at the time. But there is always more than one outside force. Remember the bit of a shitfight that N.Korea and the US had a few years ago. You know how that was canned, China stepped in and basicly said they would side with the country was the non-aggressor out of the two. Also with China becoming more and more open to world economics, there will naturally be a lot of unbalance in world economy, until it stabilizes itself and becomes a 'normal' part of the world economy.
Your probably right about the problem that the US dollar beiing used to sell oil thing. If that goes, well the US dollar is going to drop to extreme lows, espically if there is a fuckton of printed US dollars that are locked up in oil producing countries, not in circulation. You are quite correct in that respect. But that may also be why US dollars are still printed on paper. It really doesnt last too long in circulation. The ideal would prolly be a universial credit to trade international goods in, but thats not likely to happen.
Though really though, you cant particually trust any news or information that you can collect, absloutley everything has a bias to it, but then again, thats the nature of news and information.

Numbers don't have bias. Just watch the price of gold and the fall of the dollar against other currencies. Then just looke at the facts you can decipher about what are the U.S.'s aims with regard to some of these countries and the picture emerges that is not biased.

Sound familiar?

And rising interest rates that are designed to restore investor confidence in the dollar are another sign. The #1 issue is the Iranian oil bourse and whether a Venezuelan/Iranian/Russian switch to Euro-denominated oil sales (these countries holed 25% of remaining oil reserves in the world) could take place and what sort of devastating effects could that have on the U.S. dollar?
THIS is why we're fucking with Iran over their domestic uranium enrichment and seeking to sell it to the American people as a nuclear threat. Same story as Iraq.
The problem is, even if we go into Iran to save the national currency by forceful means and face no military opposition from Russian and China, we will STILL be in a position that will require us to pay for a protracted, expensive war, which will further push the deficit up and the dollar down.

Okay, but I could find this out by looking at the price of gold at the moment.
