Easy on the eyes and nose, no more after-dinner mints, but same rich flavor. Brilliant.

my dad heard some british soccer announcer describe a goal as "put a bulge in the onion bag" and he won't stop saying that after every world cup goal.
i hate onions now.

the reason it reminds you of something is because when a work speaks to the very shared soul of human existance it creates a deja-vu type feeling.

The old colonial spirit has been replaced with the new kingdom, George III is alive and well and a new revolution must be fought to protect our values. A new rebellion against the slow machine of pseudo-progress the the evil administrations have beset on all sides.

Everyone except the few are waiting for the inevitable "handouts", to blame others for thier grief ,loss, inability to procure a job etc.whats happened to the old pioneering spirit? get off thine arse and have a go?.move house shift your arse go somewhere else type attitude ,.thats the spirit that built America and Australia in the early days.

agreed.
It really delves into modern man's inability to fend for himself; rather to have another do some thing to make a good wholesome thing even more pleasant. Lazy beyond lazy, inability to get beyond an unpleasant overlayer to get to the very core of our existance.
I mean, those are the kinds of things I feel when I read this.
I don't know about the rest of you people.
