Previously I posted about my losing my baby girl due to the courts being bass ackwards. My ex was making countless false accusations about me and my fiance and our kids. Once one accusation was proved untrue, she would just make another, and we were back in court.
This took a toll on more things than I intended it would. My parenting skills and abilities were in question, people who do not me, my kids, my past, nothing, asking questions and passing judgement on me.
My kids at first were understanding, but it quickly turned to frustration and since I could no longer spank them, they took advantage. My baby girl, who is the youngest and most innocent, was being questioned most of all and had to be physically checked to make sure no one was "touching" her.
This was also have effects on my relationship with my fiance. We were fighting about stupid stuff, our stress levels were high, and could not seem to agree on a thing. The talk of us splitting up came up more than once, and terms were even laid out regarding the apartment, cars, etc.
Well, I had to find a way to make this stop, this was not the path I want my kids to go down, having gone through my parents divorce, and had to change it. The ex only gave one solution when asked, sign my rights away, so with much thinking, drinking, and discussion, that's what I did.
My attorney did what she could to delay everything, she held the forms, signed and notarized for as long as she could before filing them.
What I didn't know was that during this time an ad lidem was appointed the case, for you who do not know, that is an attorney court appointed to insure the best interest of the child are being adheard to.
The ad lidem spoke with me first, as I am the easiest to reach. I explained my situation, the frustration, the lack of money on my end, my hurt not seeing my baby girl for no reason, etc. I also explicitly stated that I am, and have, followed every court order, paid my support, pick up and drop off times, insurance cards, phone calls, etc, I did it all, but I was being punished. I was being punished because I was the dad, she was the mom, the courts side with the mom.
The ex on the other hand, violated every order that was on there. She called 20 times a day when I had my daughter, she was cuss me out, she would either show up late to the drop off point and show up late to pick the baby girl up, she moved 7 to 8 times without giving me an address or new phone number, she had people living with her without telling me who they were, refused my visitation countless times, and didn't pay any of the co pays for baby girl's doctor's visits so I would get calls from collection agencies demanding pay.
The ad lidem had her work cut out for her, she started out very aggressively. She spoke with me, and what I didn't know, the ex had moved to Nevada, and created a problem with her speaking with my baby girl and the ex.
Finally when the ex and the baby girl came back for a "visit" she openly stated her quest to not allow me to be a part of my daughter's life cause it is too hard for "her" to deal with me having her around other women. She also stated she had not moved but was in Nevada visiting only. Do not lie a court appointed attorney.
Once the ad lidem found out her game, which she admitted to, and the found she actually moved to Nevada, further violated the court orders, she did what I think was a noble act. She went against the courts.
She set a hearing up, and sent the information to both mine and the ex's attorneys, and this was the hearing to settle this. Of course the ex being in Nevada couldn't show, and her attorney was advising her to come back immediately was fired for not telling her what she wanted to hear.
The case was defaulted on my side, I won custodial rights of my baby girl. I cried when I heard it all, it was uplifting and a relief.
Thing is though, the ex and my baby girl are in Nevada. I have the paper work going to get her back her and in my custody, but it is getting expensive.

You bother me. Why you ask? I'll tell you:
If you love your children so much, why did you only fight for the youngest?
I don't believe that splitting siblings up is a good thing. Nor is playing obvious favorites.
Who do you think is being hurt by this?
You said that your other kids are taking advantage of you. They are kids going through a divorce for christ's sake. Deal with it. Don't whine that children are taking advantage of you.
Why do you have a fiance when you are still going through a divorce. I understand that sometimes things like this happen. But I don't see how you can explain it this time. Were you dating her while still married?
And lets be honost, kids are resilient, your daughter would have gotton over being looked at by professionals. And to be on the safe side, if I was a judge and some one even thought out loud that a child may have been touched by anyone, that child is being looked at by a doctor.
I have spent to much time thinking about you, and your look-at-me attitude. Please drop off the face of the earth and leave the kids with a loving relative.

Major Camwhore is expected of you and baby gurl when you get her back.
You need to get a hold of JetBlue and fly out to Nevada. Rent a car, drive out to her city, then go to the local PD and explain the situation to them and you'd like assistance with the removal of your child. Now, if they will not help you do it, you can always hire an off duty officer. Yes, it is allowed. Simply ask a few of the higher ups if you can hire an off duty officer as "a security officer" to help you extract your child.
Now, once you get the officer, you slip him whatever you think will work (a hundred usually does the trick). Remember, he is doing this because he needs money, not because the city needs him to. Explain to him that you'd like him to pretend that this is a felony drug bust and to be a complete dick like those guys on "Cops".
Get your baby. Feed her at Denny's. Fly her home. Camwhore for us.

it pisses me off when shitty mothers get the children just because they are the mothers. i'm glad this worked out. i hope you get your daughter back soon. i hope your ex has some horrific accident that involves her uterus being gouged out of her.
