I've had a rather busy last couple of weeks. On the 13th, my wife gave birth to our second child. Since that day, I have been home a total of maybe 4 nights (not good I know). And when I am home the wife is pissed because I haven't been home. Plus, said child does not sleep much at night so it makes for very long and sleepless nights.
Anyway, I decided to go to the Anthrax/Rob Zombie concert the other night. It was a great time, very good show. I definitely paid for it the next day. Now I'm not one for the mosh pits but I like to be a fringe mosher, just on the edge so I can throw an occasional elbow. Well, the next day I sure felt the pain. My whole body ached and I felt like I was in the mosh pit. Oh well, the pain will go away soon enough.
I then decided that it was a good idea to donate blood. The regional Blood Bank was in town so I signed up to do my part. Now I'm not sure why I decided to do it. I have never donated in the past and I have had ample chances to. It just doesn't make sense to me. I very much dislike needles and I do really enjoy all of my blood so why would I get stuck and have my blood drained? It's the right thing to do I guess. It went rather well and I donated double reds so I don't have to do it again for 112 days. Woot.
Now on Saturday I have to pick up my parents at the airport and try to survive a week of them and a wife that's dislikes that I'm not home, a baby that doesn't sleep and a 3-year old that is constantly on the go.
I know that this is nothing compared to some of you and I'm not really complaining but -2DIE me and my SPT post.

You crammed your kid, a shitty concert, blood donation and your parents into four pretty small paragraphs. And each one was worse than the last.
