Have you ever gone to sleep with so many things running through your mind? Do you ever dream about something that happens the next day? Has it ever struck you as odd, that every moment of every day of your life seems like an occurrence of déjà vu?

I had a dream a few days ago. This was before I could sleep during the night. This was when my brain was constantly aware of everything bothering me. I couldn't get things off my mind. I couldn't stop thinking about everything.

To go onward with the dream now. It was a peculiar dream. For the first time in over a month, I finally had remembered a dream I had. It was odd in the sense that I apparently had fallen asleep with so much on my mind, and my brain decided to figure everything out for me, while I was asleep.

Isn't the subconscious so glorious? Here, in my dreams, I can't contradict myself. I don't weigh options back and forth, considering each outcome of each action I may take. If only I could control the ability to do this. Let me tell you, it was so enlightening.

So this dream went on for I'd assume a good two minutes in full. Normally mine last around twenty seconds, but this one, this one had so much to do and so little time to do it before my brain clicked on to other thoughts. But did it ever solve my problems. It automatically throws me into situations that I was at first curious and bewildered about. But then realized, I was there because my brain already made the choice. It solved my problems almost indirectly, it seemed.

It didn't just give me a picture saying: Do This. Do That. Do Not Buy That. Etc.

It just resolved the situation by already answering my problem and then moving on to some other crazy mental problem. I was at a party, which was funny for a setting that was solving nonparty related problems.

When I awoke my first thought was, "What the Hell was that?" I later came to realize it was a dream, but it had answered all of the questions that had been bothering me as of lately. I wondered about the whole thing. I'm not psychic. I cannot predict the future. But was this dream a premonition of some sort? Was I seeing the future that lay ahead of me if I take action to what my dream visually directed me to do?

I'll never know. I've decided not to go the path it lead for me. I don't know why. Partially because I don't believe in foreseeing a future through a dream. It's complete nonsense to me. But things did seem to work out so well for me in my dream. I hope doing the opposite works out in the end result I saw, because if so, oh boy will I finally become the happiest man alive. Or at least feel that way.

My dreams are usually sagas that continue from night to night. usually involving aliens trying to take over the world.

i used to hate them but since there are no shows on tv i like anymore, i rather look forward to the next plot twist.

What the fuck Brandon? Why is everything reminding me of Dune right now? Especially since someone came on Ubersite using the name Muad'Dib and DuneMessiah. Riveting. I must ponder more...

Dreams are stupid. Anyone who tries to examine their dreams for meaning is a dumbass.
