After reading the threads of debate over gibberish's mona lisa rendering in ms paint, http://www.ubersite.com/m/48160, and being mildly inspired by gib and ftw's work, I decided to attempt to dissolve the notion that ms paint could not produce high quality renderings. After all when stripped down to its bare components, photoshop is merely ms paint with bells and whistles.
I decided to attempt to produce a photorealistic rendering of a human eye. Now when I use the term "photorealistic," I mean, you cannot discern between the painting and the photograph, unless closely inspected.
Working from a photograph, and after approx 4 hours of blending pixels and increasing/decreasing luminosity to produce convincing shadows and gradients, I decided that less-than-realistic-but-still-great-for-ms-paint was good enough. Hopefully I've done enough to keep the ms paint spirit alive.

The problem is that he used the Photoshop blurring tool, so it's more of an MS Paint/Photoshop drawing.
