Well, about the coat...maybe. But I've seen plenty of skinny guys built like girls.
As for the adam's apple, how the hell can you tell? It's all covered in metal!

Guy or Girl? It's a tough desicion, like spotting transvestites, look @ the bone structure of the chin, cheeks and nose. I say girl, as the face is more round, might have been smooth, and possibly has dimples.
