I question every move I make
I question every answer
I don't even know who I am
How should I know if I love her?
I'm deaf to every sound I hear
And blind to the sights I see
I want to, need to hold her near
I can't have her close to me
Her image is burned in my mind
But still I cannot find her
I open my eyes but I am blind
Because I'm not beside her
I'm lost without a hope
And I'm hoping to be found
I don't know what I'll know
Once I'm back on solid ground

everyone hates me.
they don't understand.
why i don't use capitals,
and don't dress like a man.

in fits of emo frenzy,
i cut myself and cry.

my parents do too.
they made me take a shower.
that's sufficient proof.

even the kids at school.
the jocks make me cry.
i almost drowned in the pool.
they held my head down.
i couldn't breath.
my screams made no sound.
