The second "depleted uranium" photo is a condition called harlequin type ichthyosis, where the skin of a foetus develops into thick, hyperkeratinised plates instead of the usual dermal tissue.
It has nothing to do with depleted uranium. Depleted uranium has a far lower count of fissile material, and is therefore more inert than unprocessed uranium. This also means that, while it is still extremely dangerous, it is unlikely to be in a position to cause this kind of congenital defect. The high quantities of alpha radiation are easily stopped by materials such as glass, thick card, or the thinnest sheets of steel. The gamma radiation is given off by the removed fissile material in the enrichment process, so there is next to none of that emitted.
I learned this at school when I was *14*. Research a little better before you start trying to scare people into believeing you; They may know better.
