I get three weeks plus a spattering of personal days, holidays, and comp time. We usually take two - week long trips and then use the rest for long weekends. I fear that I am now grounded until the end of the year, but we're going camping this weekend which means that the mulch pile is going to stay where it is all weekend. hooray

PS: Was that waterfall awesome or what!? :D The geysers coming out of the cliffs... It was like a land out of a Conan movie. I kept expecting a pterydactyl, or however you spell it, to sweep out of the sky and snatch me off that lookout point. The Tetons were mucho impressivo too.

He also claimed to be related to a baseball player, Steve Yeager maybe, something about the Dodgers. I don't remember now, but we looked it up when we got home and although it is true that Chuck and Steve are related, we don't think this guy is off the same family tree.
He was a real nutter too and as you can see, was working the entire room. I think it showed enormous restraint on my part not to make some really offensive remark about how proud Chuck must be to have a relative working as a floor sweeper in a soda shop in Yellowstone while badgering the tourists about the good word of Jesus. Unless, he doesn't really work there and just snagged a broom out of the utility room to give himself some credibility - shudder.
I also think it was very unfair of Sam not to let me try to capture the critter to bring home as a pet just because it's illegal and the critter is probably a carrier for the bubonic plague - jeez.
