For all that don't care, don't even bother reading. Why did you even click on this?

For all you that complained there was no analysis, here it is:

NFC East: Giants - good defense, Eli is improving, Tiki is a stud, good veteran players.
NFC North: Bears - will win despite themselves. Defense is brutal. NFC North blows.
NFC South: Panthers - best team in the NFC, IMO. Atlanta blows. Saints won't do it this year. Watch the Bucs, though.
NFC West: Cardinals - Great O (despite bad O line). Edgerrin is here. Anquan and Larry are great wideouts. Kurt might have something to prove. New stadium = feel-good attitude and sold-out seats. Seattle has the Super Bowl Loss Curse and the Shawn-on-Madden-07-Cover Curse. 9ers suck. Rams are okay ... but they might surprise.
Bucs Wildcard (5) - Simms is coming up. Gruden is always one to watch. Excellent D.
Eagles Wildcard (6) - Best Eagles D line I've seen in years. Stallworth provides deep threat. Will win despite flip-a-coin offense. 10 wins gets them there.

AFC East: Dolphins - Pats can't keep winning with the strife amongst team members. Culpepper and Chambers and Ronnie Brown ... just wow. Plus a quality D.
AFC West: Broncos - Awesome D and great offense makes this team hard to beat.
AFC South: Indy - Peyton and Marvin had a discussion about getting down and dirty this year and finishing the job. That's the attitude of champs. Corey Simon will be deadly minus 30 pounds.
AFC North: Steelers - From what I have seen, still a very well balanced team. Big Ben is maturing. Super Bowl rings make them smile and want more. D is phenomenal. RBs are smashmouth and will provide lots of yards.
Pats Wildcard: They are still good enough to make the playoffs. BB is a great coach.
Raiders Wildcard: Things are really clicking with this offense. Lamont, Randy, Aaron, Jerry Porter ... if they don't kill each other, they will win 10.

Eagles beat Bears - Eagles D will totally shut down the Bears O. Eagles will win just like in 2001. Bears only points will come from D.
Bucs beat Cardinals - Cards just aren't THAT good. Or are they? Simms wants to avenge last year's loss at home.
Eagles beat Panthers - Eagles have the better D again. D will shock Delhomme. Big upset.
Giants beat Bucs - solid team on both sides of the ball beats D-heavy Bucs. Cadillac will probably be hurt again by now. Chris Simms will buckle under the pressure.
Giants beat Eagles - Giants D will limit Eagles to few points. Eagles D will wear down under Tiki pressure.

Steelers beat Raiders - Steelers are an all around better team, period. Brooks will choke.
Patriots beat Dolphins - Dolphins will lose some players to injuries, killing them in the playoffs.
Colts beat Patriots - Peyton and company will be ready for this one. Pats will be tired off Dolphin game. Turf will help Colts.
Broncos beat Steelers - Revenge for last year. Shanahan will have this team ready. Big Ben will be pressured all day. Willie will be shut down. Jake the Snake will be conservative and throw few interceptions. Denver RBs will wear down Steelers D line.
Colts beat Broncos - Colts D will get to Jake early, causing him to make mistakes. Colts O will be solid on turf and will be able to get around Denver D because of the speed advantage. Sound advantage of the dome will doom Denver on the O line and will cause them to commit penalties.

Colts beat Giants - Eli will choke in the big game and make too many mistakes. Giants will score with Tiki, but it won't be enough to counter 4 touchdowns by the Colts. Giants D won't be able to stop the Colts' firepower offense.

No Cowboys - O line is atrocious, WR is thin, TO will cause fatal team chemistry problems.
No Bengals - don't trust Carson's knee to hold up. Dead without Carson.
NO Ravens - McNair is spotty and will throw INTs. Maturing team, but not yet.

I can't do anything else, so I wrote this bullshit. My whole kitchen roof caved in due to leaking. I had to move my whole kitchen (computer, paperwork, wires, valuables) in my living room and bedroom. Blow me.

Much better with the analysis. I agree with a lot of it, but the Eagles in the NFC Championship? That's some serious optimism. They could, maybe make it as a wild card team, assuming those Seattle curses hold up and you are right about Dallas...but that's two big assumptions. But to come to Carolina and win in the playoffs with the offense they have this year? The Bears they could beat like you said. But the Panthers have as good a D as Chicago, maybe better...and an offense to go with it. No way they fall short of the Super Bowl this year, especially not to the Eagles.

I have to also disagree with the Bengals thing. I don't think they can win without Palmer, but I think his knee is fine, so it would be a moot point.

The Miami pick is a gamble, but I like it. Like you said, NE can't be good forever, especially with the current problems they have. And if they fall short, it'll definitely be Miami that steps in.

I think the Broncos might be the best the AFC has to offer this year. What Manning and Harrison resolve themselves to do may not matter without The Edge.
