Let me give you a brief lesson, asshole.
A common dependent clause used in NORMAL sentence structure is: "Among other things,".
'Among' is a preposition here.
'Other' is merely an adverb describing 'things'.
Now, taking my comment as an exmaple, to say 'Among the fact ...' means simply:
"Alongside the fact" or "With the fact".
Get it?
