Real estate, Dougy boy... real estate.
The majority of my time is spent at "affordable housing" communities in the newly developed and nationally recognized area called Stapleton (north Denver), but through some networking I was able to be the listing agent on a 3000 sq ft loft in the heart of downtown Denver.
...and it closed this afternoon after only 9 days on the market.
Ergo... I gotta nice buzz, some contraband on the way over and getting ready to head out and celebrate.
