By a certain dude at www.pointsincase.com named Chad Chamley. He actually has an account here. www.ubersite.com/u/cham0159

He also has a blog at http://www.pointsincase.com/chad/blog.htm, hosted on the site www.pointsincase.com, of which he is labeled a "staff writer."

(Now, I've already gotten in contact with the guys at PointsInCase.com. The guy I talked to was real nice, and obviously they had no idea Chad had been plagiarizing. PointsInCase.com is actually a kinda neat website, who just so happens to have in its employ a douchebag who decided he'd make Ubersite his goldmine. Following are some of the articles he has plagiarized. See if you're inluded!)

Now, keep in mind that Google only goes so far. There's every possibility Chad has plagiarized you and a simple search won't reveal that, since Google does not index every post made on this site. You can always go through his gallery and check for yourself. Also, don't think that this includes only the things he has plagiarized. He's also stolen from a few stand-up comics, as I can see.

I remember the whole reason I didn't act on this before now was because I thought it was just one guy's blog, and for one entry, he decided to post my article. Yesterday I found out the blog was hosted in a writing website, and all of his other entries were also articles, some or all of which were plagiarized. The guy you're talking about had his own site, and we got him to take it down pretty much right away, without NEAR this level of drama. This is difinitely an entirely different dude.

And to be honest, I didn't know he'd plagiarized other posts until my boyfriend pointed it out.

I'm actually a little fearful right now. I'm wracking my brain thinking of all the information I've given out online, how many users know my real name, know my IP, my general area. I'm fairly sure nobody knows my REAl email or my phone number...

But if I ever let it out, it would be so easy to find me and essentially ruin my life. I have some posts I'd rather not want prospective employers to see.
