Seven great movies:

The Peanut Butter Solution (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089789/)

*Syn: A kid with cancer loses his hair. He makes a magical hair growth formula out of peanut butter, only he uses too much. Consequently, the hair grows out of control until an evil artist kidnaps him to use his hair to paint living pictures.

How to Be a Perfect Person in Just Three Days (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0141249/)

*Syn: A geek gets pushed around until he meets Professor Silverfish. At first you think Professor Silverfish will force the impressionable boy to drink some wine laced with iocane powder. Instead, he promises to improve the boy's lot in life. Alas, each suggestion fails, and the boy realizes that being perfect is being yourself.

Tommy Tricker and the Stamp Traveller (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0096282/)

Syn: A boy gets an old stamp book. After finding a note in the binding, he learns a magical stamp incantation, which allows the bearer to travel within any stamp until it reaches it's destination. Of course, there's a catch: If a stamp isn't mailed--or is mailed, but its branded letter isn't opened--the traveler is helpless to escape. What will happen?!

How I Got Into College (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0097530/)

Syn: Marlon loves Jessica, but Jessica is way out of his league. The solution? Marlon decides to go to enroll in the college of her choice. The problem? He is a poor student and his SATs combined with his obsessive behavior threaten to keep him out.

Ollie Hopnoodle's Haven of Bliss (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098023/)

Syn: Ralphie of "A Christmas Story" goes on vacation with his family. The new actors feature Jerry O'Connell after he lost his "Stand by Me" weight and the dad from "Dougie Howser"

The Wizard (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098663/)

Syn: Fred Savage tours the country with his autistic brother, while his father chases them in a dingy pickup. In the end, Fred's brother loses his autism by playing "Super Mario Brothers 3" and by visiting the head of a dinosaur monument.

Mr. Boogedy: (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0091566/)

Probably the best Halloween movie in existence. A family moves into a haunted house. Mr. Boogedy plays pranks on them until the dad gets pissed off and decides to tear Mr. Boogedy a new asshole.

Dude, have you even seen The Peanut Butter Solution?

Ive grown up to that movie, and the kid doesnt have cancer, he lost his hair because he got scared of some ghosts in a shack.

The ghosts are later giving him the receipe for the solution.

That was one weird movie.

It has been quite a while since I last saw it. The details that stick out in my mind were the helpful ghosts that gave the boy the recipe, and the ingredients to that recipe: flies, eggs shells, peanut butter; a scene at school where the kids tore off his wig, revealing gossamer strings of sticky glue; the marathon sessions trying to keep his new magical hair short; and the crazy painter who somehow knew how to harness the magic hair.

Yes it was. It ended with the professor flying away in that chair--presumably to reach a new boy who needed his help.

Mr. Boogedy on the net; work from the bottom up.

I've figured out the boy's punishment. First, he's grounded. No
leaving the house, not even for school. Second, no eggnog. In fact,
no nog, period. And third, absolutely no stealing for three months.
