Ugh. Didn't even get the first part right. I believe he says 'ain't'. It also would have been funnier had you connected it in any way to 2 Stupid Dogs, from which you bastardised this, instead of just grafting a misheard catchphrase onto what is possibly the world's worst Paint drawing. Honestly, how long did that take you? That whole picture is what, like five filled-in circles and some Photoshop text? Jesus! This really is a new low.

Prior to that amendment, Presidennts only served two terms as an homage to Washington.
