After a long while away from Ubersite (see here:http://www.ubersite.com/m/65511) I've decided to come back, why? Because life's changed a lot really. I've grown up and right now I cant sleep.
It's been over a year since I last even looked at this site, but now I see Sideburns (my favourite author) has gone off and got married etc. Congrats to him.
I've probably got a lot of catching up to do, see whats happened to whom, who's left, who's new and stuff like that.
Anyway, I'll summarize what I've been doing since I left:
In the summer of 05, I spent time at home, met a lot of new people and had an overall great time, in which I decided that I no longer wanted to live in Ipswich and that Chester would be a lot more "fun". I partied, got drunk and did drugs, got a good girlfriend and got into college.
Around October I got a car, so no more getting busses everywhere. I got a job delivering Pizzas for Dominos and got quite good pay. I working hard at college whilst looking after myself at home (My Dad was working away). I discovered Battlefield 2 and built a new PC just to play it, spent hours and hours at night playing on it and becoming addicted to internet gaming.
I pretty much went with the flow. Finished my first year at college only to be told I had to repeat the first year, then being told I'd passed the 1st year and would be doing the 2nd year when college starts again.
This years summer wasn't that fun, I broke up with my girlfriend and stayed with a few girls, had a few girls stay with me etc. We (my girlfriend and I) still see eachother occasionally as we go to the same college.
I'm also broke, I have a job (I quit Dominos in January, but now I'm back at another store)but I cant work because of the current state of my car, no tax and no MOT. Hopefully That'll change this week and I'll be able to start earning money again. My friend said to me the other day,
You need money to get your car
but you need your car to get money.
I've been in a lot of situations where I've though "this would make a good post for uber", thinking about posting but never got round to it or I've just forgot. Maybe I'll post some stories, I don't know.
We'll see, wont we?
