She is so beautiful, I'll make her beautiful

Yes she is beautiful, soon she'll be beautiful

As the strings rise and fall my hands slowly withdraw
The small pliers secured by the side of the case,
Both her eyes, white and wide, quickly dart side to side
And the blood starts to drain from her innocent face.
But she's safely secured and cannot say not a word
For the speculum's open, her mouth's opened wide,
Still her tongue flaps about and she's trying to shout,
Then she hushes as soon as the tool's placed inside.
Such a faint little 'clack' as around white the black
Of the pliers surrounds an incisor with ease,
There's a flick of my wrist, and I'm starting to twist,
And a current of red slowly drowns out her screams.
"Hush my dear," I exclaim, "become one with the pain,"
Now she's crying, her tears running warm down her cheek,
Mixing now with the blood, water thinning the flood
Falling down to her breasts in a series of streaks.

Now the three quarter time runs its beat through my mind
And I set down the pliers and give her a grin,
Then she watches me pick up a hammer and lick
Her blood off of my fingers before I begin.
With a swing and a shake the first blow quickly breaks
Her left kneecap, she shrieks but the music persists,
As again and again till I've counted to ten
And the bones turn to dust by the fall of my fist.
With the claw on its back her two feet I attack
Tearing tendons and ripping the flesh with each chop,
Ten toes pepper the floor, and I need to do more
For the movements continue and won't let me stop.

Through her beautiful hands I drive nails as I stand
To replace the used hammer and hoist up the saw,
And it circles and cries, sliding right through her thighs
As her arteries open I'm stunned, filled with awe.
There's blood down to my hips and a smile on my lips
When my finger a screwdriver draws from the case,
Through her eye till it stops the tip slams, with a pop
The once crystalline ball is removed from her face.

The beat's still in my head and I know that she's dead

I do not know how your girlfriend does it.
I think this works really well. It's like a sweet little diary entry for a serial killer, and it flows just as a waltz should.
And creative use of a speculum- BONUS.
What a great title you got, and what a clever piece you wrote to go with it.

All I wanted to do with the numbers was reference the 3/4 time beat that he (or is it she? DUN DUN DUN) would have in his (or is it her? DUN DUN DUN) head.
When I was first kicking around ideas I considered setting to music whatever I'd eventually write, but that proved to be far too ambitious this week.
