I'm scared that my teeth are going to fall out, and I work a shit job for a wage that doesn't even class as a pittance. As much as I love my friends, they annoy me, and I wish they were better people.
I wish they had to deal with this.
If you could see the things I see, then I might make more sense to you.
If you could hear those things, then you'd be scared as well.
I take my pint from the bar and find a seat in the corner. They'll be in soon, and I want to stay out of the way. It's early afternoon, and the place is quiet as fuck, the only noise being the harsh tinny rasp from the TV next door. This place doesn't even have a jukebox. Good thing I brought a newspaper.
