George Bush and Dick Cheney announced today that the National Emblem will be changed to better to better reflect the values of the administration. The Bald Eagle was chosen June 20, 1782 because of its long life, great strength and majestic looks. The new emblem will be a large Latex Condom because it allows for inflation, halts production, destroys the next generation, protects a bunch of pricks and gives you a sense of security when you're actually being screwed.

hahaha a building condom.
