A little insight into Electro's thought processes always shows that Rad lives in his head.

I've worked a handful of different caregiving jobs in my time. On place I worked was a residential facility with five residents, each with varying degrees of developmental disabilities (well one had a head injury but he is another story). One of the men who lived there, I will call him Todd. Todd would always emerge from the bathroom with a wet spot on the front of his jeans, and no matter how many of the male staff tried to enlighten him as to the "3 shakes" method of prevention, it was always the case. He also enjoyed shaking hands with everyone he met, greeting them with a wide grin and a "HI friend!" Once you put together the poor hygiene with the hand-shaking, you got wise and learned that a pat on the back was just as good of a greeting.

Anyhow, he was known to say many a memorable thing. The staff even had about six pages of random quotes of his written down, and I laughed til I cried reading them all. The comment I forgot to copy to paste here is the one that darko said down below about "instead of a brain you have a little green guy named Togu telling you what to do" or whatever it was. That is the comment to blame for this story.

Todd: "there's scientists inside my head."
Staff: "what are the scientists doing in there, Todd?"
Todd: (breaks out in big grin) "They're trippin' out, man!"
